HLC hosts in person & group Skype workshops ranging from making kombucha, dealing with cravings, cooking workshops, all aimed to create healthy relationships with food. 


Learn the art of fermentation and how to create your own healthy delicious living food to nourish yourself from the inside out. The workshop will cover the nutritional aspects of fermented foods including Kombucha, a nutritional discussion on digestive health, the basics of brewing to get started as well as  flavouring and troubleshooting. Not only is making your own Kombucha fun, but it is significantly cheaper than buying it from the health store and you can be more confident in the therapeutic properties of your own brew.

Cost: $75pp - includes workshop, workbook and recipe, Scoby & Cultured Mother Tea to get you started with your brewing, plus email support following the workshop to help make you brewing a complete success!
